The Isalos.net Maritime Conference-Transporting humanity’s essential commodities 17Feb2025

Events | 16 February 2025

In recent years, the various geopolitical developments around the globe, as well as the application of new technologies, constitute major challenges that the shipping industry has to face or manage.

In this context, Isalos.net, in collaboration with the British Embassy in Athens and under the auspices of the IMO Goodwill Ambassador in Greece & President of the Eugenides Foundation, Mr Leonidas Dimitriadis-Eugenides, and INTERCARGO, is organising the Conference entitled “Transporting humanity’s essential commodities: Safeguards for a Secure and Sustainable Maritime Industry”.

The event, which is scheduled to take place at the Eugenides Foundation Auditorium on 17 February 2025, at 18:30, will attempt to present the most important aspects of these two issues in two panel discussions, creating a lively dialogue between representatives of the international shipping community, who will present their thoughts, opinions, and expectations.

You can register at the event by clicking here.

The event will take place during the “Bulk Carriers of the Greeks” exhibition (10 February – 7 March) which is organised by Isalos.net with the collaboration of the Eugenides Foundation and under the auspices of INTERCARGO. More information on the exhibition and its parallel events is available here.
